What the Bible says regarding Salvation
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, but the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost. Because God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.
Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved. For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast. Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.
If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.
(Rom 3:23, Luke 19:10, Rom5:8, John3:17, Act4:12, Eph2:8-9, Act 2:21, Rom10:9-10)
